We kindly ask that you pay for the upcoming week of tuition on the first day your child attends. For example, if your child will be in attendance for a full five-day week, your payment is due on Monday. If there is a holiday, inclement weather cancelation, or they are absent on Monday, payment will be due Tuesday.
You may drop off and pick up your child at the time that suits your family best. We simply ask that you refrain from picking up during rest time as it may disturb children throughout the center.
Upon enrollment, you will receive an exhaustive supply list, but it looks similar to this:
- Infants: Diapers, wipes, formula, food, swaddles, pacifiers, change of clothes, and diaper cream.
- Toddlers and up: Diapers or Pull-Ups, wipes, breakfast and lunch, a change of clothes, insect repellent, sunscreen, and nap mat.
Our center follows the guidelines set by the American Academy of Pediatrics regarding safe sleeping. Infants sleep in a crib on their back with no other objects in the sleep space.
Once children transition out of the crib, usually around 16 months, they will sleep on a nap mat (provided by the family). We recommend an option similar to this.
In our preschool program, we offer a nap/quiet time to allow adequate rest time both for children still on a nap routine and those who have stopped daytime napping.
Our daycare center operates year-round. If you choose to keep your child home during the summer (second week of June through August 1), you may reserve their spot in our program for a flat fee of $750. Regular tuition rates apply from August 4 through the first week of June.
We require three weeks paid written notice. Your $230 deposit will be refunded upon withdrawal if sufficient notice is provided.
